Project Plan Management
The Leader helps you create a full-fledged project plan. Just outline the project through assigning objectives, steps and tasks at the schedule entry level. Be sure to identify all issues, and associate each of these at the varying project, objective or step level. Print the project plan from a variety of views. Do you need an associated scorecard? The Leader imports your project plan onto a tentative scorecard.
Management of Goals and Scorecards
The ONE MASTER's Leader specialty is project management. Allow this to assist you in identifying and managing your goals through project plans or personalized scorecards. The Leader's scorecard design offers the kind of flexibility in setup and maintenance well suits either the full-scale corporation or the personal desk in managing its scorecards. Scorecards can be set up for individuals and companies as well as projects. Four level identifiers of performance indicators are available, though just three levels can be used if desired. The top three are offered as objectives, strategies and initiatives, but the bottom line is always the measure. Special parameters are provided for all types of measurements. A variety of scorecard report formats are available and all automatically can calculate each measure's score individually and a final score by comparing the target and actual for the period selection. Would you like to set up scorecard action plans as well? The Leader does it all.
Supporting Documents Management
Keep track of all the references you have associated with your projects, use the Informer's search and link capability. The references are available for your projects, objectives, and steps as additional supporting documents. You can easily click on the hyperlink to view these now from your project screen. If you used a date, person and/or company key in the filename and setup corresponding specifications, these references are now also identifiable at the schedule record task level. Of course, you can manually make all these associations at any time in the Leader as set up in the Informer's document libraries.
Project Time and Resource Management
Another Leader's specialty function is the ability to set up project allocation periods and project teams as required to see your project through to the finish.
Project Allocation and Reviews
Another Leader screen allows you the opportunity to review your allocations from the Project perspective. Do you need to allocate more resources to reach the project deadline? The Leader lets you know.
Team Resource Review
Another Leader screen allows you the ability to monitor your allocations from the team resource perspective. The Leader helps manage the work load while remaining attentive to the availability of all resources allocated to you by project.
Project Schedules
The Leader's schedule screen allows you to automatically generate tasks into the work schedules of others as requests with a variety of other options. You can create schedule entries efficiently using project and client defaults. Do you need to provide a time card schedule to accompany the invoice, as well as total into an invoice? The Leader will accomplish this.
