Options to maintain course topics, class reference materials, instructors, course refreshers (for certificate expirations), and governmental approvals are provided for. Once the main information is entered, create a new course schedule by selecting the master course and inputting a start date. Produce the master course and course schedule reports you need along with XX other reports the Trainer produces for you.
Career Programs
Assign any program degrees you wish to offer. Programs are described by time frame, the program types you choose, departmental specifics, tuitions, total clock and credit hours, refund policies, admission requirements, and general recommendations. Select from the list of master courses you have assigned to complete the total credits and/or clock hours you wish. Choose between using credits or clock hours (for non-accredited institutions), on the transcript. Select a student assigned to the program and the program screen will show the progress in both met and unmet requirements to complete the program.
Course Registrations
Register students within courses using flexible and integrated menu processes. Students may enroll in programs or elect to attend courses independently of programs. The trainer provides all necessary documentation from a student's inquiry into a course, to confirmation letters, grade letters and to the final certificate gained by passing a course. The Trainer automatically assigns schedule entries to monitor attendance.
Student Information
The student screen is accessible from the main person list which features an easy search by name or any other person's information. The student screen shows student course and scheduling information as well as company and account information (if assigned). Student scorecards can be created to assist advisors in guiding students towards program and course overall and/or specific objectives as well as monitoring progress.
Course Monitoring and Attendance
The Trainer provides the course receptionist or instructor with an attendance list, registration report, name tags and other lists. Upon completion, grade letters are provided with averaging for each student and, where successfully completed, certificates as well.

Build course agendas as a presentation tool. Or borrow the Leader's scorecard specialty to create agenda scorecards to track the course objectives and how successfully they were met.
