Sites, files and file items are all recordable by name and, once entered, file folder lists show you what records you have available. The Manager's file folder labels correspond as inserts to the Smead viewables used as hanging folder label inserts. These allow a view of the file name from the top. If you have associated the file with one of the Overseer's entities, you see the entity's name and phone number printed on the inside of the label. When you need to find that particular document the Manager will assist your search with key words and let you know where it is located.
