An Overview of the Server Specialty

Product Categories

The ONE MASTER's Server specialty allows you to set up  categories and subcategories for your products and services.  Service and product categories are available for the variety of reports and the product catalog that is yours through the Server.

Products and Services

Next, the Server allows you to maintain information regarding these products and services.  You associate each product and service with a product category.  Do you need to go further?  Get more specific by using product or service parts.   Don't forget the product part details or you'll miss the server's feature provision of summarizing the parts in the inventory as well.  (Note: for example, nutritional products have an elemental parts breakdown; paintings involve the paint, canvas and frame parts.)

Supplier and Client Specifics

The Server includes details on the product level about suppliers including pricing levels.  Manage all the Server's activities from a list screen which features search capability by category, product, service, schedule, product part or word.  Do you want to know who has or hasn't ordered or supplied?  Just ask the Server.  Do you require particular information about clients specific to your business?  The Server specialty features include a customizable contact sheet screen.

Inventory

The Server gives you the opportunity to track inventory of your product resources.  Do you want to review inventory lists by FIFO or LIFO?  You get to choose with the ONE MASTER's Server.  

Purchase Orders

The Server's specialties include creating your own internal purchase orders and a master list to view all by any purchase order identifier.  Set your own levels and times to be reminded to send out purchase orders and to whom.  In the future, the Server intends to feature an automated import of any supplier's product list to interface with your own for your convenience when creating purchase orders.

Customer Quotes, Orders and Sales

The Server gives you the opportunity to take orders  through all its phases from the quote to the completed sale.  Easily switch between address choices for special shipping.  When it's finished, the Server does the work behind the scenes of updating your client's account information in the sales journal.

Client Letters and Renewals

The Server was designed to please. Customers will be pleased too when you keep them informed of their favorite services and products, in both availability and special offerings.  How about a year end letter totalling and thanking them for their purchases?  Do you want to generate reminder letters to clients who purchased expiring products and who haven't reordered? The Server interfaces with the Informer to get the job done.
