System Audits

Utilize any of the ONE MASTER's sophisticated system audit options.  Do you wish to see a record of all your user process selections by menu, screen or report?  Do you want to total the records entered by your data entry personnel for any period of time?  Do you need to review changes made to information and by whom?  You get to turn on or off the ONE MASTER audit options at the overseer level.

Custom Help

The ONE MASTER has a built in help feature that is always on-line for you, but that's not all.  A help system available to you in an explorer format allows you to add your own notes.  Easily enter in your own help categories and notes in the same explorer formatted display.  Do you want a way to record and manage the information you find in your future web searches?  Just copy and paste into the help explorer and keep it organized in your own folders, available for future reference and internal searches.  The ONE MASTER's help broadens all our horizons.

Support Is On-Line

Enter your own requests for enhancements or suggestions for changes.  Next, select the option to inform MIS, Inc. by an automatic report which can be emailed.  MIS, Inc. is at your service and will promptly follow through with arrangements to offer its consulting support services.

Facilitated Problem Resolution

Do you need to inform a support person of a problem?  Possibly, on rare occasions. The ONE MASTER records the system information about the error (in most situations) as well as the event preceding the error.  This information is always available to your secured administrator users as a menu view option.  If there is not already a noted resolution, MIS, Inc. will provide you with the solution.
